Why the Best Omega-3 Food is Cold Water Oily Fish

While there are many omega-3 foods available none can give you the amount and quality that fish provide. Let me show you why and how to select the very best type. Fish is the king of omega-3 foods because of the levels of the two main fatty acids it contains. These are known as DHA and EPA and are responsible for most of the health benefits.
